08:56 AM EST, 02/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DMC Global ( BOOM ) said Monday it has received a non-binding cash offer from Steel Connect to buy all DMC shares it does not already own for $10.18 apiece.

The company said its board is reviewing the proposal, adding it will not further comment until the review is complete.

Steel Connect did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
