DNOW Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise

08:45 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DNOW ( DNOW ) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $0.26 per diluted share, up from $0.21 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.23.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $634 million, up from $606 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $637.1 million.

The company's shares were down over 4% in recent premarket activity.
