DocuSign Fiscal Q2 EPS Fall, Revenue Rises; Fiscal 2026 Revenue Guidance Raised

04:27 PM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DocuSign ( DOCU ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.92 per diluted share, down from $0.97 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.85.

Revenue for the three months ended July 31 was $800.6 million, up from $736.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $780.1 million.

For fiscal Q3, DocuSign ( DOCU ) expects revenue of $804 million to $808 million. Analysts expected $797.1 million.

For fiscal 2026, the company raised its revenue guidance to between $3.189 billion and $3.201 billion from its previous projection of $3.15 billion to $3.16 billion. Analysts anticipate $3.16 billion.

Shares of DocuSign ( DOCU ) were up 6% during after-hours trading.
