Dolby Laboratories Closes $429 Million Acquisition of GE Licensing

05:55 PM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dolby Laboratories ( DLB ) said Monday it closed its acquisition of GE Licensing from GE Aerospace (GE) for $429 million in cash.

Dolby Laboratories ( DLB ) said it used cash on hand to fund the transaction, according to a regulatory filing.
