Dominion Energy Signs Sale Deal for $1.25 Billion of Notes

11:49 AM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dominion Energy ( D ) said Monday it plans to sell $1.25 billion of its 2024 series C enhanced junior subordinated notes due 2055.

The company signed an underwriting agreement regarding the sale Thursday, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
