10:53 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DoorDash ( DASH ) said Thursday it has partnered with Flytrex to launch a drone-based food delivery service in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.

The companies said customers in parts of Little Elm and Frisco can now order food for delivery by drone from participating restaurants through the DoorDash ( DASH ) app.

Flytrex's drone fleet currently reaches more than 30,000 households and 100,000 residents in the area, with additional locations in Dallas-Fort Worth launching soon.

Shares of DoorDash ( DASH ) were up 1.4% in recent Thursday trading.
