08:35 AM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dow (DOW) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire Circulus, which recycles plastic waste into post-consumer resin.

Expected to close in Q3, the deal includes a facility in Ardmore, Oklahoma, and another in Arab, Alabama, with a total annual capacity of 50,000 metric tons, Dow said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
