Dow's Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Net Sales Decline; Shares Fall Premarket

06:49 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dow (DOW) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.68 per share, down from $0.75 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.72.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $10.92 billion compared with $11.42 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $11.02 billion.

Shares of Dow were down more than 4% premarket.
