D.R. Horton's Fiscal Q3 Earnings, Revenue Increase; Adjusts Full-Year Guidance

06:49 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- D.R. Horton ( DHI ) reported fiscal Q3 earnings Thursday of $4.10 per diluted share, up from $3.90 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $3.79.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $9.97 billion compared with $9.73 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $9.61 billion.

D.R. Horton ( DHI ) said it now expects full-year revenue of $36.8 billion to $37.2 billion, from the previous range of $36.7 billion to $37.7 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $36.9 billion.

The company also said its board approved up to a $4 billion share buyback program to replace its previous repurchase program.
