08:20 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dragonfly Energy ( DFLI ) said Wednesday that the US Patent and Trademark Office has issued a notice of allowance for its patent application related to the use of multiple battery systems and related wireless devices that wirelessly share information with one another over a connected mesh network.

The capability enables the propagation of error or warning codes if certain conditions are detected, even if the battery systems are powered down, according to the company.

Dragonfly said the allowance strengthens its battery communication technology and expands its portfolio of US intellectual property.

Shares of the company were up more than 44% in recent premarket activity.
