Drilling Tools International to Acquire Titan Tools Services

11:17 AM EDT, 10/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Drilling Tools International ( DTI ) said Thursday it agreed to acquire downhole tool rental firm Titan Tools Services.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Drilling Tools ( DTI ) expects to close the transaction in Q1, 2025, conditional on closing requirements and regulatory approvals.

Shares of Drilling Tools ( DTI ) were down more than 1% in recent trading.
