09:01 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Driven Brands Holdings ( DRVN ) said Tuesday it has sold its Canadian distribution business, operated under the PH Vitres d'Auto brand, to PGW Auto Glass, effective Aug. 31.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Driven said net proceeds from the transaction will be used to pay down debt. The company said the sale is expected to have a "minimal impact" on its fiscal year 2024 outlook.
