09:33 AM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DuPont de Nemours ( DD ) said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire medical device maker Donatelle Plastics.

Donatelle will be DuPont's ( DD ) second acquisition in the medical device market, after Spectrum in 2023, DuPont Electronics & Industrial President Jon Kemp said.

Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close in Q3, were not disclosed.
