08:34 AM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DuPont de Nemours ( DD ) said Monday that Jon Kemp will be the chief executive of the independent electronics public company after its planned spin-off from DuPont ( DD ).

Kemp, currently president of DuPont Electronics & Industrial, will also be a member of the planned company's board, which will be chaired by Avantor ( AVTR ) President and CEO Michael Stubblefield, DuPont ( DD ) said.

The company also said it intends to appoint an external hire as chief financial officer of the planned company.

DuPont ( DD ) said the intended spinoff of its electronics unit is still on track for a Nov. 1 completion.
