06:37 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dycom Industries ( DY ) said Wednesday that it had acquired Black & Veatch's public carrier wireless telecommunications infrastructure business.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquired business provides wireless construction services and it is expected to generate $250 million to $275 million of contract revenues in fiscal 2026.
