The company said Amodeo brings over 40 years of business experience with a particular background in the metals and steel industry. He also has a financial and accounting background and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Canada. His experience serving in various executive roles will provide added direction and boost dynaCERT's international and domestic expansion goals.

"John will not only actively work as a Director but also will lend his financial expertise at the board level as we continue to build and strengthen our team for continued growth and global expansion in many vertical markets," chief executive Jim Payne said.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.13 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
