Sep 30, 2025 10:51 AM

E Tech Group announces the immediate renaming of JSat Automation to E Tech Group, following its strategic acquisition on May 28, 2025.

WEST CHESTER, Ohio, Sept. 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- E Tech Group, a leading provider of industrial automation and systems integration and 2025 System Integrator of the Year, today announced that the brand formerly known as JSat Automation has been renamed E Tech Group. E Tech Group's acquisition of JSat Automation was finalized on May 28, 2025.

JSat Automation is renamed to E Tech Group following its recent strategic acquisition.

Effective immediately, the company formerly known as JSat Automation will operate under the name E Tech Group, unifying the two entities under a singular market-leading brand. All existing commitments to clients and partners remain unchanged following the transition. The acquisition expands E Tech Group's global footprint to incorporate an additional 10 locations across the United States, Costa Rica, India, Netherlands, Romania, Singapore, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

"Adopting the E Tech Group name is the natural next step in JSat's evolution," said Jeetu Satpute, Vice President of Client Solutions and former CEO of JSat Automation. "For our clients, this change will be seamless. They will continue working with the same trusted teams and receiving the same high level of service they rely on. At the same time, becoming E Tech Group gives us the scale and global presence to deliver even greater value and innovation for clients worldwide, strengthening our ability to serve as a trusted automation partner while continuing to create new opportunities for our employees."

The JSat Automation acquisition has deepened E Tech Group's reach into the life sciences industry, further strengthening its ability to act as clients' Main Automation Partner. The brand formerly known as JSat Automation expands E Tech Group's capabilities to include LAIR (Lab Automation and Industrial Robotics), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance consulting services and multisite Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) deployment capabilities.

"Renaming JSat Automation as E Tech Group reinforces our ability to serve as clients' Main Automation Partner," said Matt Wise, Chief Executive Officer of E Tech Group. "By fully integrating JSat into E Tech Group, we ensure clients experience seamless continuity with even greater scale, capabilities, and reach. This step strengthens our position to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions worldwide while creating new opportunities for our teams."
