E3 Lithium to Sell Non-Core Saskatchewan Assets for US$4.296 Million
Sep 30, 2025 6:49 AM

08:53 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- E3 Lithium ( EEMMF ) earlier Tuesday said it entered into an asset purchase and sale agreement with an arm's length private company, to sell its non-core, Saskatchewan based, Estevan Lithium District assets for a total cash consideration of US$4.296 million.

The company said proceeds from the deal will "further enhance its financial position and support" the ongoing advancement of the Clearwater project. The deal is expected to close in late fourth quarter of 2025 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

"E3 Lithium ( EEMMF ) remains focused on developing Canada's first fully integrated lithium production facility - our Clearwater Project," said E3 Lithium ( EEMMF ) chief executive officer Chris Doornbos. "By monetizing these non-core lithium assets in Saskatchewan, we are unlocking value that bolsters our financial position and supports our Clearwater Project's active development that will help us reach a final investment decision."

Shares of the company closed up 0.7% to $1.49 on Monday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
