Eagle Materials Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Fall

06:45 AM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eagle Materials ( EXP ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $2.08 per diluted share, down from $2.24 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.48.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $470.2 million, compared with $476.7 million a year earlier.

The company's shares were down 2.5% in recent premarket activity.
