Eagle Materials to Acquire Bullskin Stone & Lime

05:00 PM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Eagle Materials ( EXP ) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire Bullskin Stone & Lime, a pure-play aggregates business in Western Pennsylvania, for $152.5 million.

The transaction is expected to close within the next 60 days, pending the fulfillment of standard closing conditions, the company said.
