Eagle Point Credit Launches Offering of 2030 Notes

04:56 PM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Eagle Point Credit ( ECC ) said late Tuesday it launched a public offering of unsecured notes due 2030.

The company intends to grant a 30-day overallotment option to the underwriters to buy additional notes.
