09:15 AM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eastern International ( ELOG ) said Monday that its Hangzhou TC-Link Logistics Supply Chain Management unit has closed its acquisition of all shares of Guizhou Minji Construction Engineering.

The company said the purchase price for the shares of Guizhou Minji, which has become its indirectly wholly owned unit, was 730,000 Chinese renminbi ($102,883).

Shares of Eastern International ( ELOG ) were down over 3% in recent Monday premarket activity.
