04:49 PM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EchoStar ( SATS ) notified holders of its 3.875% convertible senior secured notes due 2030 that the notes are convertible through Dec. 31.

The notes convert at a rate of 29.73507 shares per $1,000 principal amount of notes, which represents a conversion price of $33.63 a share, EchoStar ( SATS ) said Tuesday in a statement.
