Eco Wave Power Receives Approval for 10% American Depositary Shares Buyback

11:22 AM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Eco Wave Power Global ( WAVE ) said Thursday it has received approval from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority to repurchase American Depositary Shares representing up to 10% of its total shares.

The company said it plans to execute the buyback on the Nasdaq Capital Market or other regulated markets, with payment made in cash.

Eco Wave Power shares were up nearly 12% in recent trading.
