09:06 AM EDT, 05/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Edgewell Personal Care ( EPC ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.87 per diluted share, down from $0.88 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.90.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $580.7 million, down from $599.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $589.9 million.

The company said it now expects fiscal 2025 adjusted earnings of $2.85 to $3.05 per share. The company previously guided towards the lower end of the range $3.15 to $3.35. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.15.

Edgewell said it has maintained its quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, payable July 9 to shareholders of record on June 6.

Shares of the company were down more than 10% in recent premarket activity on Wednesday.
