Elastic Fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q4 Guidance Set

05:02 PM EST, 02/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Elastic (ESTC) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $0.73 per diluted share, up from $0.63 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.65.

Revenue for the three months ended Jan. 31 rose to $449.9 million from $382.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $438.4 million.

The company expects fiscal Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.55 to $0.57 on revenue of $445 million to $447 million. Analysts expect $0.56 and $442.4 million, respectively.

Elastic currently expects fiscal 2026 non-GAAP EPS of $2.50 to $2.54 on revenue of $1.73 billion to $1.74 billion. Analysts expect $2.45 and $1.72 billion, respectively.
