Elbe BidCo signs delisting agreement with Encavis

Dec 6 (Reuters) - Elbe BidCo AG, controlled by private

equity firm KKR, said on Friday it has signed a

delisting agreement with German wind and solar park operator

Encavis.

Applications for the revocation of the respective admission

of the Encavis shares to the regulated market are to be

submitted, the company said in a statement.

Elbe BidCo, which currently holds about 87.73% of Encavis

shares, offers 17.50 euros ($18.50) in cash for each Encavis

share.

The delisting offer will not be subject to completion

conditions, the company said.

($1 = 0.9457 euros)
