05:13 PM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Orion Properties ( ONL ) said Thursday it received a revised unsolicited, non-binding buyout proposal from Kawa Capital Management, offering $2.75 per share in cash.

Kawa previously offered $2.50 per share on June 20, a proposal the board rejected on July 9.

Orion said its board will review the revised offer in consultation with its legal and financial advisers.
