Morphic ( MORF ) shares will now be delisted from the Nasdaq Global Market, Lilly said

Lilly acquired Morphic ( MORF ), a biopharmaceutical company developing oral integrin therapies for treatment of serious chronic diseases, for $57 per share in cash.
