10:16 AM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eli Lilly ( LLY ) agreed to acquire SiteOne Therapeutics, the companies said Tuesday.

Under the deal, SiteOne shareholders could get cash of up to $1 billion, inclusive of an upfront payment and subsequent payments once certain regulatory and commercial milestones are achieved, the companies said.
