Empire Petroleum Raises $2.5 Million in Fully Subscribed Rights Offering

07:53 AM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Empire Petroleum ( EP ) said Thursday its rights offering was fully subscribed, generating about $2.5 million in gross proceeds.

The offering could lead to an additional $2.5 million in proceeds from the future exercise of the warrants issued as part of the transaction, the company said.
