Enanta Pharmaceuticals Launches Public Offering of Common Shares

05:06 PM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enanta Pharmaceuticals ( ENTA ) said late Tuesday it launched a $50 million public offering of common shares.

The company will grant underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to an additional $7.5 million of shares, according to a statement.

Shares fell 8.5% during after-hours activity.
