Encore Capital Prices Upsized $500 Million Notes Offering

08:50 AM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Encore Capital Group ( ECPG ) said Friday it priced a private offering of $500 million of 9.250% senior secured notes due 2029, upsized from $400 million.

The company said proceeds from the offering will be used to repay borrowings from is revolving credit facility, as well as to pay transaction fees and expenses related to the offering.
