07:34 AM EST, 11/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- enCore Energy (EU.V) said on Monday that it bought 5.2 million units in Nuclear Fuels ( NFUNF ) at $0.40 apiece for about $2.1 million through a bought deal private placement.
Following the offering, enCore said it now holds 16.7 million Nuclear Fuels ( NFUNF ) common shares, a 17.1% stake on an undiluted basis and up to 19.9% on a partially diluted basis including shares underlying warrants that can be exercised. enCore said it acquired the shares as an investment.
enCore's share price fell 2.7% last Friday to $5.40 on the TSXV while Nuclear Fuels' ( NFUNF ) stock dropped 5.3% to $0.45 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
