10:16 AM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Endeavour Silver ( EXK ) said Tuesday it raised US$45.0 million after closing a prospectus offering comprising 11.6 million common shares at US$3.88 apiece.

The company plans to use the proceeds to partially fund its US$145 million acquisition of Compania Minera Kolpa and its main asset, the Huachocolpa Uno mine in Peru.

In the event that the transaction is not completed, Endeavour said it will have discretion with respect to the use of the proceeds.

Closing of the transaction remains subject to TSX and NYSE regulatory approvals, as well as customary closing conditions, and is expected to occur within 60 days.

Endeavour Silver's ( EXK ) share price gained 2.75% at last look to $4.81 on the TSX.
