Enerflex Names Paul Mahoney CEO

06:34 AM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enerflex ( EFXT ) said Tuesday that it has appointed Paul Mahoney as its chief executive officer, effective Sept. 29.

Mahoney, who has more than 30 years of experience in the industrial and energy sectors, will succeed interim CEO Preet Dhindsa, who will remain as chief financial officer, Enerflex ( EFXT ) said.

Interim CFO Joe Ladouceur will continue to serve as vice president for treasury, tax, and insurance, the company said.
