05:23 PM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Energy Transfer ( ET ) said Monday it completed the acquisition of WTG Midstream Holdings for $2.28 billion in cash and about 50.8 million newly issued ET units.
The acquisition is expected to potentially boost Energy Transfer's ( ET ) distributable cash flow per unit next two years, add about $0.04 per unit in 2025, increasing to roughly $0.07 per unit in 2027.
The limited partnership said the acquired assets add about 6,000 miles of "complementary" gas-gathering pipelines, which extend its network in the Midland Basin. The deal added eight gas processing plants with a total capacity of about 1.3 billion cubic feet per day and two additional processing plants under construction.
