10:11 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Energy Vault ( NRGV ) said Tuesday it has acquired a 175 MW, 350 MWh battery energy storage system project in Texas from Belltown Power.

The project is expected to receive notice to proceed in Q4 and commercial operations are targeted for December 2027, the company said.

Energy Vault ( NRGV ) said it expects the project to generate $15 million to $20 million in annual revenue over its technical life, representing $350 million to over $375 million in total lifetime revenue.

Shares of Energy Vault ( NRGV ) were up more than 5% in early Tuesday trading.
