08:36 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enphase Energy ( ENPH ) said Wednesday it has begun shipping its IQ Battery 10C from US manufacturing facilities, meeting new federal requirements for domestic content.

The company said the battery uses US-sourced or manufactured components, qualifying it for the 45% domestic content threshold required to earn the bonus tax credit under the federal budget law signed in July.

It added the IQ Battery 10C will also meet future thresholds, which will rise to 50% in 2026 and 55% in 2027.

Enphase said the new battery has already been added to approved vendor lists for several major third-party ownership providers and enables companies to capture significant tax credit value.

The IQ Battery 10C is part of Enphase's microinverter-based solar and battery systems.
