10:59 AM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Enphase Energy ( ENPH ) said Tuesday it has launched its Energy System in India, featuring the new IQ Battery 5P and IQ8 Microinverters.

Distributors and installers in India can pre-order the IQ Battery 5P, with shipments expected to begin in December.

The company said the new Energy System provides reliable backup power for India's outages.

Shares of Enphase were down more than 1% in recent trading activity.
