Enphase Energy Signs New Safe Harbor Agreement
Nov 20, 2025 8:06 AM

09:01 AM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enphase Energy ( ENPH ) said Thursday it has signed a new safe harbor agreement with a solar and battery financing company.

The company, which wasn't identified, offers third-party ownership agreements to homeowners, including leases and power purchase agreements, and is the third such agreement Enphase has made since the July 2025 US federal budget bill became law.

The latest agreement is 'the first of multiple expected' with the third-party ownership provider, Enphase said. The agreement covers its US-produced IQ9 microinverters, which the company intends to start shipping in Q1 2026.

Shares of the company were up 1.9% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
