Entergy Prices Common Stock Offering

05:20 AM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Entergy ( ETR ) said late Monday it priced an offering of about 15.6 million common shares at $83.50 each.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to purchase up to 2.3 million additional shares.

The company said it expects the offering to close by Wednesday and expects to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Entergy ( ETR ) shares were down 1.4% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
