Enterprise Products Partners Completes Acquisition of Occidental Petroleum Gas Gathering Assets

04:31 PM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enterprise Products Partners ( EPD ) completed its $580 million acquisition of a natural gas gathering affiliate of Occidental Petroleum ( OXY ) .

The assets include gas gathering systems in the Midland Basin and 200 miles of pipelines tied to Occidental's production operations in the region, Enterprise Products Partners ( EPD ) said Friday in a statement.
