11:11 AM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EnWave ( NWVCF ) on Thursday reported first-quarter loss narrowed as revenue surged.
The company, which manufactures and licenses vacuum microwave dehydration machines for the food industry, recorded a loss of $0.4 million, or $nil per share, compared with a loss of $1.6 million, or $0.01, in the prior year period.
Revenue jumped 456% to $3.7 million, over the same period. The increase was primarily related to a large-scale machine sale and the commissioning of two small-scale machines, EnWave ( NWVCF ) said.
The company's shares were last seen up $0.015 to $0.33 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
