EnWave Sells Fourth REV Machine to BranchOut, Expands Rights For Dragon Fruit Snacks

11:14 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EnWave ( NWVCF ) said Thursday that it has signed an equipment purchase agreement with BranchOut Foods, to deliver a fourth 120kW Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV) machine for use at its production facility in Peru. The company also granted expanded global rights for dragon fruit snacks.

BranchOut Foods produces a wide range of dried fruit and vegetable products that are sold direct to consumers, as private-label applications and as bulk ingredients to be used in numerous other food products by other manufacturers.

EnWave ( NWVCF ) also granted exclusive global rights to BranchOut Foods to produce dragon fruit products using REV technology in return for certain minimum royalty requirements for the term of the agreement.

The company's shares are up $0.03, to $0.39, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
