12:18 PM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eos Energy Enterprises ( EOSE ) said in a filing Tuesday that it has terminated the contract of Chief Financial Officer Eric Javidi, effective immediately.

The termination was "without cause" and not related to its financial or operating results or to any disagreements or concerns regarding financial or reporting practices, according to the filing.

Eos said it has appointed Chief Commercial Officer Nathan Kroeker as interim CFO as it searches for a new CFO. Kroeker will continue to serve as CCO during his time as interim CFO.

The shares were down about 10% in recent trading.
