EPWK Receives Nasdaq Delisting Notice for Late Filing

05:06 PM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EPWK ( EPWK ) said Monday it received a Nasdaq notice stating the company faces delisting for not filing its Form 20-F for the year ended Jun. 30.

The company, already before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel for a separate listing-rule violation, has until Nov. 28 to request an extended stay of further delisting actions.

Shares of the company were down 3.47% in after-hours trading.
