Equifax's Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Updates 2025 Guidance

06:49 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Equifax ( EFX ) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings Tuesday of $2 per diluted share, up from $1.82 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.92.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.54 billion compared with $1.43 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.51 billion.

For Q3, the company expects adjusted earnings of $1.87 to $1.97 per share on revenue of $1.51 billion to $1.54 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $1.99 per share on revenue of $1.53 billion.

The company narrowed its 2025 adjusted earnings guidance to $7.33 to $7.63 per share from $7.25 to $7.65. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $7.62. It raised its annual reported revenue guidance to $5.97 billion to $6.04 billion from $5.91 billion to $6.03 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $6.01 billion.

Shares of the company were up 2.4% in Tuesday's premarket activity.
