09:52 AM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Equinix ( EQIX ) said Thursday it has entered into agreements with nuclear energy providers Oklo ( OKLO ) , Radiant, ULC-Energy and Stellaria, and fuel cell manufacturer Bloom Energy ( BE ) to support the energy requirements of its data centers.
Equinix ( EQIX ) said it signed an agreement with Oklo ( OKLO ) in 2024 to procure 500 MW of energy from the Aurora powerhouses.
The company said it signed on Thursday a preorder agreement to buy 20 Kaleidos microreactors from Radiant Nuclear as well as a letter of intent to purchase power up to 250 MWe from ULC-Energy.
In Europe, Equinix ( EQIX ) said it signed a preorder power agreement with Stellaria for 500 MWe to expand data centers.
The company also said it entered into an agreement with Bloom Energy ( BE ) to expand fuel cell deployment to over 100 MW at more than 19 data centers in six states.
Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
