02:49 PM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Equity Bancshares ( EQBK ) said Wednesday it has completed its public offering of about 2.1 million class A common shares at $44.50 per share.

The offering included 269,640 shares issued as the underwriters fully exercised their option to purchase additional common stock.

The offering raised $92 million in gross proceeds, with net proceeds expected to total nearly $86.9 million after deducting underwriting discounts and expenses.

The company said it intends to use net proceeds from the offering to finance its growth, including future strategic acquisitions, and for other general corporate purposes.
